FatCow now offer unlimited space, bandwidth and a free domain which is becoming the standard for web hosts. Surprisingly FatCow aren't actually green as we first thought. FatCow uses a control panel called H-Sphere which is similar the cPanel but doesn't include the fantastic suittastic suit.

Price:
FatCow are competitive in price at $3.95 for unlimited plan, and also offer a smaller plan called the ‘Mini Moo' plan at just $2 designed for just a domain name and an email account. Reliability:
Reliability has been good over the last 6 months, only the odd outage which always seemed to be dealt with quickly. Speed has been slow at times but for the majority of time been good.

Support:
24/7 phone, live chat and ticket support. Phone support is good, live person is always fast to initially respond but then takes time to get the answer you need. Ticket responses have been good in the week, but slower at weekends which can sometimes be expected.

Summary:

Pricing is good for a well respected top host, but seems to have not changed with the recent price drops of the other hosts. Still a good price though for a good host.

Reliability:
Host Monster have been given both good reviews regarding reliability and uptime, we found it to be reasonably good but not as good as some other top hosts.

Support:
As said before, Host Monster offer 24/7 support on Technical issues via Telephone, live chat and ticket submission for pre sales question. Also offered is billing support in office hours (Monday to Saturday) on the telephone – all toll free numbers.

Summary:
Host Monster provide excellent support, and offer reasonable pricing. Reliability wise they could do better but all in all a good host and they must be doing something right to have been around since 1996!
